Job summary

Flai, a remote-first AI-native CRM for car dealerships, is hiring a senior individual contributor to drive new logo acquisitions and expand existing dealer relationships. You will sell to dealership groups, design pilots, and collaborate with the founders to replace incumbent CRMs.

The role is remote with travel for key meetings, pilots, events and group rollouts. Ideal candidates have automotive CRM field experience, a proven dealer track record, strong commercial judgment, and a founder

Qualifications

• Automotive CRM sales experience: direct experience selling automotive CRM solutions within the last 12 months.
• Proven dealer track record: closing deals with dealerships and dealer groups with clear quota attainment.
• Dealership fluency: deep knowledge of dealership sales and BDC workflows.
• Strong commercial judgment: discovery, demos, objections, and referenceable replacements.
• Founder mindset: remote sales discipline, prospecting, and willingness to travel for deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, discovery, tailored demos, pilot design, proposals, negotiation and close.
• Build pipeline and partner with customer success on expansion opportunities.
• Assess store lead response, appointments, follow-up, and reporting; map to outcomes.
• Address contracts, adoption risk, data migration, integrations, rollout sequencing.
• Define stores/users/lead sources and plan from first store to group rollout.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot forecasts and hand off customers with clear commitments.
• Provide feedback to product and founders; help build the sales playbook.
