Job summary

Flai is seeking a results-driven account expansion specialist to grow revenue across our automotive dealership base. You’ll own expansion within existing customers, build relationships with dealership leaders, and identify opportunities to upsell our AI-native communications platform.

You’ll demo, propose, and close deals, partnering with customer success to ensure health and expansion. If you know multi-rooftop dealer groups and enjoy a fast-paced, remote environment, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or similar sales roles.
• Track record of hitting expansion or upsell targets.
• Experience selling to car dealerships or within automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Grow account revenue across your book of customers.
• Expand across rooftops within dealer groups.
• Launch new products and introduce customers to new uses of Flai.
• Run the full deal: demo, proposals, negotiations and close.
• Partner with customer success to monitor account health and drive growth.
• Collect and share customer feedback to influence product direction.
