Job summary

Flai is building the leading AI-native CRM for car dealerships and is seeking a senior, individual-contributor salesperson to expand its dealer network across the United States.

You will own prospecting, discovery, demos, pilots, proposals and negotiations, build your own pipeline, and partner with customer success on expansions, while tracking forecasts in HubSpot and feeding product feedback.

Qualifications

• Automotive CRM sales experience with a proven dealer track record
• Quota attainment demonstrated in previous roles
• Deep dealership workflow knowledge and strong commercial judgment
• Founder mindset with remote sales discipline
• Willingness to travel
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines
