Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Automation & Observability Engineer to monitor, automate, and optimize large-scale enterprise infrastructure, applications, and IoT telemetry. The role focuses on observability platforms, incident management, and engineering collaboration across Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and Service Delivery teams.

You will implement reliable monitoring with Grafana, Instana, and SolarWinds, build dashboards, manage data collection with Telegraf/Prometheus, and lead RCA efforts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Experience with incident management and RCA processes.
• Strong automation and scripting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and visualizations using Grafana.
• Monitor systems using Instana, Grafana, SolarWinds, Telegraf, Prometheus, and related tools.
• Configure data collection and telemetry pipelines with Telegraf and Prometheus.
• Analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and degradation.
• Support SLO/SLA monitoring initiatives.
• Perform RCA and troubleshoot issues.
