Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Automation & Observability Engineer to remotely support US-based environments. You will design and maintain enterprise monitoring, telemetry, and automation across Linux, Windows, VMware, and IoT platforms, using Grafana, Instana, Prometheus, and ELT tools.

You’ll drive RCAs, incident management, and proactive health monitoring in a 24x7 support model. The role emphasizes automation, IaC, and integration with enterprise automation frameworks, with strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability implementations.
• Proficiency in dashboards, alerts, and visualizations using Grafana.
• Hands-on monitoring of Linux/Windows servers, VMware, Citrix, and middleware.
• Knowledge of telemetry pipelines, log ingestion, and data quality.
• Familiarity with RCA, incident management, and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.
• Develop dashboards and alerts using Grafana.
• Monitor infrastructure, apps, IoT services with Instana, Grafana, SolarWinds.
• Configure data collection with Telegraf, Prometheus, and agents.
• Analyze telemetry to identify bottlenecks and failures.
• Support SLO/SLA monitoring and operational health initiatives.
