Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing and analytics projects. The role emphasizes coaching, client interaction, and timely delivery of high‑quality analyses.

You will guide pricing strategies for commercial auto, oversee teams, and partner with stakeholders to drive business decisions. This is a remote‑friendly opportunity with potential travel for enterprise meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in statistical and actuarial analysis for commercial insurance.
• Experience in personal lines and commercial pricing.
• ACAS designation.
• Strong decision‑making and leadership abilities.
• Solid understanding of the market landscape.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients via project development.
• Oversee HR functions including recruiting, performance appraisals, salary actions and employee development.
• Review Consultant/Analyst work and ensure on-time project delivery.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants/Analysts within the department.
• Manage team time/workload and advise leadership on tradeoffs.
• Balance business results with human capital constraints.
• Provide constructive challenge to leadership.
