Novogradac & Company LLP seeks a Senior Accountant to manage audit and attest assignments, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships. The role emphasizes independent problem solving, profitability, and timely delivery within our Tax/Audit practice.

The candidate will primarily support audit engagements, develop audit-specific technical expertise, and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Public accounting experience with audits or attest services.
• CPA exam progress or eligibility is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsabilités

• Manage audit/attest projects with minimal supervision.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants.
• Conduct engagement reviews and problem solving.
• Develop client relationships and improve profitability.
• Research and analyze data for reports and recommendations.
• Meet deadlines and balance time across engagements.
