Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a Senior Atlassian Administrator for a fully remote role. You will administer Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, designing scalable solutions, automations, and integrations across the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide end-user support, and deliver best-practice governance while ensuring security and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Atlassian administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Confluence, JSM).
• Configure Jira projects, issue types, fields, screens, and workflows.
• Create and maintain Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions.
• Design and optimize Jira Service Management portals, queues, and ITSM workflows.
• Develop automations using Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, and Atlassian APIs.
• Manage integrations with Okta, Azure AD, DevOps tools, and other systems.
• Provide end-user support and create technical documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field
