Simera is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, payments, and balance reconciliation. You will maintain accurate customer records, monitor aging, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

The role supports remote work, requires strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and experience with accounting software or ERP systems. You will help ensure timely cash flow and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record and apply customer payments to the correct accounts.

• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain AR records and documentation.
• Prepare AR reports and aging reports.
• Assist with cash application and reconciliation processes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR.
