Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record and apply customer payments to accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and aging, following up as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, payments, and balances.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare AR reports, aging summaries, and payment reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities for AR.
• Identify process improvements for billing and collections.
• Maintain confidential and accurate AR records.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and deadlines.
