Automox in the United States is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to own billing, collections, and cash applications in a remote-first environment. You’ll help ensure financial health and operate with autonomy across a fast-growing SaaS business.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of AR experience, strong NetSuite/SuiteBilling knowledge, and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally while delivering accurate, timely cash flow insights.

Competenze

• 5+ years in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related role with complex AR ops.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and deliver insights.
• Exceptional communication with a customer-focused approach to collections.
• High independence and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Tesorio, Gmail, Stripe is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing.

• Accounts Receivable Management: process end-to-end AR across new business, expansions, contract mods, auto-renewals and multi-year agreements.
• Collections: proactive collections strategies to drive timely payments and strong customer relationships.
• Cash Application: apply payments to accounts, research unapplied cash, chargebacks, and short-pays.
• Credit & Billing Adjustments: issue memos, manage credits/holds, ensure proper documentation.
• Data Analysis: analyze AR trends and metrics to improve cash flow and reduce risk.
• Month End Close: assist with month- and year-end close and revenue-related transactions.
• NetSuite & SuiteBilling Expertise: leverage NetSuite to execute billing and drive improvements.
• Audit Support: prepare schedules and reconciliations; support SOX controls.
• AI & Automation: leverage AI tools to streamline AR workflows and forecasting.
• Collaboration: work with Sales, Customer Success, and Ops to resolve discrepancies.
• Remote Work Excellence: thrive in a fully remote setting.
