Job summary

Dynatron Software is seeking a sharp AR Analyst to own the front line of our accounts receivable operations. You will triage the AR inbox, apply payments, and keep customer accounts clean, partnering with Billing and Collections.

Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will gain hands-on NetSuite experience, improve workflows, and contribute to cash flow and customer experience at a remote-friendly SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounts receivable, cash application, or related experience (internships count)
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume inbox/queue
• Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first attitude
• Proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and eagerness to learn
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with NetSuite preferred but not required; CRM familiarity a plus
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Own daily triage of the AR inbox, routing emails and requests so nothing falls through the cracks
• Apply incoming payments across ACH, credit card, lockbox, and wire; match remittances to invoices
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short-pays, and misapplied cash with Billing/Collections
• Test AR workflows and document improvements in NetSuite
• Maintain accurate customer records and reflect true AR balances
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and investigate variances
• Prepare AR journal entries and assist month-end reconciliations
• Provide ad-hoc support across AR and broader accounting team
