Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of operational/business analytics experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in API component understanding.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in System integration facilitation.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Governance workflow definition.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise API inventory by gathering API endpoint data from security scanning tools, maintaining the central repository, and identifying and validating API ownership.
• Partner with ServiceNow and other technology teams to establish workflows that help API owners maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Develop and execute functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and system testing activities for application changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, integrated testing, and post-implementation activities, ensuring changes meet business requirements, technology standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Expand API inventory integrations and collaborate with API portal teams to make inventory information readily available through internal catalogs and reference tools.
