Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Business Analyst III for a remote, nationwide role. You’ll support delivery of IT solutions, gather requirements, perform data extraction for BI, and assist with release management and process improvements.

You will work across teams to drive decisions, communicate complex concepts clearly, and contribute to enterprise infrastructure, security, and testing efforts. A strong analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT business and information environment analysis experience.
• 2+ years of experience with web-based applications and portals.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.
• Excellent written and oral communication, able to explain technical concepts to mixed teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document, work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems to improve business processes and BI.
• Support release management and operational readiness reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate inputs for meetings and briefings.
