Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Business Analyst III for a remote, nationwide role. You will analyze IT business processes, gather requirements, and work with developers to estimate and build enterprise solutions in health IT environments.

You will extract data for BI, coordinate with clients and vendors, and support release management while preparing executive-facing briefings and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT business & information environment analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with web-based applications/portals.
• Strong written and oral communication, able to explain technical concepts to diverse teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage, use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs for clients.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling & data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, create documentation, and work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems to form meaningful BI for process improvement.
• Partner with clients, service areas, and vendors to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Coordinate release management and support operational readiness reviews.
• Prepare briefing materials for executives and stakeholders, communicating milestones and risks.
