Job summary

Lighthouse Technology Services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 12+ month contract, remote across the US or onsite in Buffalo, NY. You will own API inventory governance, coordinate data quality, and collaborate with security, ServiceNow, and API portal teams to ensure current, accurate data.

The role requires strong API understanding, governance experience, and excellent stakeholder communication in a regulated environment. This is a W2 contract with no C2C arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of API components, architecture, and integration patterns in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience facilitating system integrations and working across technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement governance workflows and data management processes.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow management platforms.
• Background working in financial services or highly regulated environments (banking experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences."

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's comprehensive API inventory to ensure completeness and accuracy across all systems
• Collaborate with application security teams to extract and integrate API endpoint data from security scanning tools
• Populate and maintain API data within the central repository system, ensuring data quality and consistency
• Identify and establish relationships with API owners across the organization to facilitate ownership accountability
• Partner with ServiceNow teams to design and implement governance workflows that keep API data current
• Facilitate regular completeness reviews with stakeholders to validate inventory accuracy and identify gaps
• Expand data integration capabilities by connecting additional sources and systems to the central API repository
• Work closely with the API portal team to present inventory data effectively within the organization's API catalog
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to API inventory management and data accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement of API governance processes and documentation standards

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
