Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior or lead-level accounts payable experience.
• 2+ years in a construction-specific accounts payable environment and lien waivers.
• 2+ years of intermediate Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments with high accuracy, verify POs, vendor data, taxes, discounts, and coding.
• Manage lien waiver and lien release processes, including documentation collection and tracking.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Purchasing and Accounting to resolve invoice and payment issues.
