You will handle day-to-day AP processing, vendor coordination, and month-end activities, using Concur and ERP tools. Preference given to candidates in the New York/New Jersey tri-state area, with a remote work option depending on business needs.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounts payable experience with independent responsibility.
• Strong understanding of GL coding, accruals, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, lookups, and large data analysis.
• Experience with Concur and ERP systems; familiarity with Carta AP is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily AP operations: invoice intake, coding, approvals, exceptions, and payments.
• Monitor workload, anticipate deadlines, and address bottlenecks for timely processing.
• Process invoices and Concur reports with accurate coding and approvals.
• Investigate discrepancies, duplicate payments, vendor disputes, and root causes.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and accruals; assist with reporting.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, maintain records, and respond to inquiries.
