Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive AP experience.
• Strong GL coding, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AP operations including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment prep.
• Process Concur expense reports with proper documentation and approvals.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes; identify root causes.
• Review AP aging and support month-end close activities.
• Prepare domestic and international wire and ACH payments per workflow.
• Maintain vendor master records and respond to inquiries.
• Support 1099 reporting and vendor compliance.
• Use ERP reports and Excel to identify errors and suggest improvements.
