Jobgether seeks a Temporary Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for a three-month assignment, with potential extension, working remotely from the United States. You will own daily AP operations, handle invoice processing, payment runs, vendor onboarding, and month-end close activities while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

You will coordinate with the AP Director, resolve complex exceptions, and leverage ERP and Excel tools to improve processes. Preference for candidates in NY/NJ tri-state area.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger coding, accruals, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to investigate exceptions independently.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and large data analysis.
• Experience with ERP and expense management systems; Concur familiarity is desirable.
