SquareTrade, Inc. (Allstate Protection Plans) invites a senior analytics leader to own the North America service operations analytics strategy and roadmap.

You’ll build scalable analytics capabilities, define governance, and translate operational and financial insights into executive recommendations. In this remote role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams across Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Finance while shaping long-term service delivery strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, business operations, strategy, or related fields with leadership of complex analytics workstreams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions that improve data foundations and decision support.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional outcomes in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own North America service operations analytics vision, multi-year roadmap, governance, and delivery standards.
• Lead enterprise analytics programs, KPI frameworks, and data management practices to improve decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align reporting with cost drivers and P&L outcomes.
• Drive self-service analytics and AI-enabled decision support; expand access to high-value data and tools.
• Coach and grow a high-performing analytics team with scalable standards and practices.
