Job summary

SquareTrade, Inc. d/b/a Allstate Protection Plans, invites a seasoned Director of Commercial to lead the strategy and analytics for NA Mobile. The role shapes long-term direction, pricing, and partnerships, driving enterprise growth as a senior thought partner to leadership.

This remote position requires up to 20% travel and collaborates with Finance, Product, and Business Development to deliver differentiated protection solutions and profitable client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in strategy, product management, solution consulting, or analytics with increasing responsibility.
• Deep expertise in mobile/wireless and device protection lifecycles.
• Strong executive-level communication and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new revenue streams from market trends in device protection.
• Design differentiated product solutions for clients and prospects.
• Lead end-to-end business case development including sizing and modeling.
• Own product solution design for clients to ensure profitability.
• Support RFPs with solution design, competitive positioning, and modeling.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, BD, Product, and Finance.
• Define multi-year commercial strategy and capability roadmap for NA Mobile.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
