SquareTrade, Inc. d/b/a Allstate Protection Plans (SquareTrade) is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Strategic Supplier Partnerships within Service Strategy & Operations.

This high-visibility role influences supplier performance, leads cross-functional initiatives, and mentors junior team members to drive sustainable business value. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and external partners to evaluate supplier strategies, develop scorecards, and lead RFP/RFQ processes,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or analytics.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven solutions.
• Experience leading RFP/RFQ processes and supplier scorecard development.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize supplier partnership strategies to improve cost, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior team members on supplier management.
• Evaluate supplier performance, create scorecards, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage RFP/RFQ processes and align supplier strategies with organizational objectives.
