Job summary

SquareTrade, Inc. d/b/a Allstate Protection Plans is seeking a Director of Commercial to lead strategy and analytics for the North America Mobile team, translating market and financial insights into differentiated protection solutions.

This remote role requires up to 20% travel and collaboration with Product, Finance, and Business Development to size opportunities, build business cases, and define pricing and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, product management, solution consulting, or analytics with increased responsibility overtime.
• Deep expertise in mobile/wireless, broadband, device protection & lifecycle products preferred.
• Demonstrated C-Level executive engagement and alignment experience
• Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), advanced Excel/financial modeling, and directly sourcing datasets if not available through standard reporting suites.

Responsibilities

• Identify and incubate new revenue streams from market trends in device protection and lifecycle management.
• Design differentiated product solutions aligned with client needs and value.
• Lead end-to-end business case development for new product opportunities with sizing and economic modeling; Present cases to CEO & CFO.
• Own product solution design for clients to ensure offerings are tailored, competitive, and profitable.
• Support RFP efforts with solution design, competitive positioning, and financial modeling.
• Develop and present business cases for new client proposals, initiatives, and partnerships in mobile.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Business Development, Product, and Finance.
