Job summary

SquareTrade, Inc. d/b/a Allstate Protection Plans, is expanding rapidly and seeks a Sr. Manager to lead North America service analytics strategy and operating model. Remote role with collaboration across Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

You will drive AI-enabled decision support, KPI architecture, and data trust while guiding a high-performing analytics team and partnering with FP&A to align cost drivers and P&L outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, business operations, strategy, or related fields.
• Able to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America service operations analytics vision, roadmap, and operating model.
• Set analytics priorities informing operating plans, investments, workforce planning, and leadership objectives.
• Build and lead Operations Analytics as an enterprise capability with governance.
• Diagnose performance drivers, root causes, and opportunities across complex operations.
• Establish repeatable performance tracking aligned to planning cycles.
