Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics to lead a team of data analysts in a remote, fast-moving media environment. You will guide product decisions, experimentation, and growth strategy while partnering with Product, Design, Growth, and Data Engineering.

As a player-coach, you will drive proactive insights, build trust in data, and leverage modern tools and AI to optimize workflows. You will help the organization make smarter, faster decisions across digital publishing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics or applied quantitative roles.
• 1-3+ years managing or mentoring data analysts.
• Expertise in SQL and large-scale relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong background in A/B testing and cohort modeling.
• Passion for sports media and digital publishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts in a player-coach capacity.
