Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Insights Lead Analyst, Amazon Focus, to partner with clients in the media space and translate data into strategic recommendations. This remote role concentrates on Amazon Marketing Cloud and commerce analytics to drive planning and optimization.

You will develop advanced reporting and dashboards, storytelling with data, and collaborate across marketing and commerce teams to uncover growth opportunities. 5–6 years experience preferred; remote nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in commerce analytics or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud and SQL querying.
• Strong familiarity with Amazon Advertising and retail data metrics.
• Proficiency in BI/visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of commerce measurement concepts such as market share and forecasting.
• Practical experience with Python or R for custom analysis is preferred.
• Strong data storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Partner with client leads to understand client objectives and analytical priorities.
• Support client-ready data narratives and recommendations with accurate insights.
