The Athletic seeks a Senior Manager, Analytics to lead and scale the Growth Product Insights practice. You will own analytics post-migration to a modern data warehouse, define KPIs, and guide a growing team turning subscriber and product data into actionable business decisions.

Remote role for candidates in the United States or Canada, reporting to the Director, Data & Insights. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Growth leaders to influence roadmaps and build a high-performing

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressively responsible data analytics, product analytics, or quantitative roles.
• 1-3+ years of managing or mentoring data scientists or analysts.
• Expertise in SQL and experience with large-scale data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
• Experience with BI / Visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/Mode).
• Strong background in experimentation (A/B testing), causal inference, and cohort modeling.
