Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Engagement Manager for the Analytics Business Consulting Team. You will manage complex analytics consulting projects across Clinical, Medical, Patient, or Commercial Analytics, leading delivery teams and building lasting client relationships.

The role is remote across the United States with 20–40% travel and involvement in business development to acquire new projects. You will guide end-to-end design, build, and delivery of solutions while leveraging pharma data sets

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience delivering analytics programs in Segmentation & Targeting, Patient Analytics, Medical Analytics, and Commercial Analytics.
• Proven track record owning client relationships and managing program delivery.
• Understanding of how pharmaceutical data sets drive key decisions and go-to-market strategies (sales & claims data).
• Core management consulting skills: workshops, client presentations, project management, structured problem solving.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to convey complex analytics to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or related languages for analytics projects.
• Willingness to travel 20–40%.

• Design, build, and deliver analytics solutions aligned to client goals.
• Develop and qualify new business opportunities with clients and proposals.

• Oversee delivery teams in leveraging data for recommendations and advisory services.
• Manage program delivery, monitor progress, and communicate risks and outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends affecting the client’s business.
