Job summary
Veeva Systems seeks a delivery leader to partner with top global pharma organisations, implementing PromoMats, Vault or Salesforce to deliver AI-powered, data-driven solutions that transform the life sciences industry. Qualifications
- 6+ years in technology implementation projects in PM/Analyst/Architect roles.
- Hands-on with Veeva PromoMats, Vault or Salesforce.com.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device sectors.
- Based in Europe with legal right to work; travel ~20%.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery for implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive optimization and harmonization of processes into scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners.
- Contribute to internal initiatives to improve service quality and delivery frameworks.
