Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Consultant for the Global Analytics Practice to transform how Life Sciences companies work with Technology, Data, and AI, shaping operating models and measuring tangible business value.

You will lead end-to-end workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business development. Strong domain knowledge and SQL skills are essential, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, reference) and analytics use cases such as segmentation, targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to quickly master new tools as needed.
• Strong analytical mindset for quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams end-to-end with high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and development within your workstream.
• Drive practice growth through business development contributions and internal IP creation.
