Job summary

Veeva Systems in Boston is seeking a Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice to help Life Sciences customers transform how they work with Technology, Data, and AI—from pre-launch planning to post-launch evidence generation.

You will lead end-to-end workstreams, analyze patient-level claims and real‑world data to deliver actionable insights, mentor Associate Consultants, and contribute to business development and IP creation.

Qualifications

3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting
Domain knowledge of anonymized patient-level claims data or real-world datasets
Proficient in SQL for querying large datasets
Strong analytical mindset with quantitative and qualitative reasoning
Excellent communication to senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or higher

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project workstreams delivering high-quality customer solutions
Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva data and software insights
Mentor Associate Consultants and oversee their work within your stream
Drive practice growth through business development and internal IP creation
Nice to Have: Knowledge of Veeva products; SaaS or tech-enabled consulting experience
