Job summary

LucyRx Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Underwriting & Analytics to lead underwriting development for pharmacy benefit programs. You will leverage data analytics to drive pricing strategies, profitability, and competitive positioning.

Minimum of 4 years of underwriting, analytics, or related field experience in healthcare or insurance.

Responsibilities

Implement & perform underwriting process for pharmacy benefit programs, including pricing strategies and risk assessment.
Implement underwriting guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Evaluate complex underwriting models.
Identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation.
Drive initiatives to improve profitability and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and clinical teams on underwriting and analytical strategies.
Develop relationships with external stakeholders and communicate findings to senior leadership.
