Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Pharmacy Quality to lead the Specialty Pharmacy Quality Management Program and supervise the quality analysts. You will monitor performance, drive improvements, and oversee the evaluation process to deliver outcome-based results.

The role requires strong data skills, supervisory experience, and a commitment to compliance. Collaboration with teams and stakeholders is essential for success in this remote-friendly position.

Formación

• Minimum associate degree or at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience or experience as a quality analyst.
• Experience using data to make assessments / derive recommendations.
• Experience developing and executing on improvements.
• Demonstrated excellence in a customer service role.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend quality metrics for the specialty pharmacy, including benchmarks, action plans, and data analysis.
• Review and assess quality monitoring data regularly.
• Monitor customer insights to evaluate performance of quality analysts and pharmacy personnel.
• Track, trend, and analyze escalations and data outliers for root cause and improvement.
• Maintain a robust calibration process ensuring consistency in Quality Management.
• Facilitate improvements including writing business requirements and testing enhancements.
• Create and present current state assessments and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
