Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior defense business development leader to drive Air Force account strategy and growth across the U.S. market. You will shape pipelines, engage senior stakeholders, and coordinate capture activities for high-value opportunities.

The role combines engagement with Air Force leadership, market intelligence, and partner development to position solutions in Federal contracting landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or business discipline.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• Air Force leadership experience at the Group level or above.
• Experience with SAP and/or SCI programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and DoD contracts.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Air Force account strategies and pipelines.
• Develop go-to-market and market penetration strategies.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with Air Force stakeholders and partners.
• Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and reviews.
• Build trusted customer relationships to gather market intelligence.
• Identify and manage strategic partners to strengthen win potential.
• Deliver compelling messaging across meetings and channels.
• Develop and manage an industry events calendar and customer engagement.

Education
