Job summary

Leadout Capital is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business within the USAF, owning end-to-end sales from discovery to contract execution. You will apply opportunity management and solution selling to move customer investments forward in the DoD landscape.

Your preferred location is the Washington, D.C. metro area, but we are open to other markets. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and the ability to lead a matrix sales-support team are essential.

We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have met their sales targets in the past to assist us in expanding our customer base in the Department of War community. Your duties will involve acquiring new accounts and generating new business in existing ones. Your sales territory will be concentrated on the U.S. Air Force.

Your Impact:

As an Account Executive, you possess unique professional skills in opportunity management and solution selling. You take complete ownership of assessing customer business problems and driving them towards investment via successful contract execution. Your prior experience with complex sales to the US Air Force or other DoD agencies and expert knowledge of the US Air Force acquisition community is considered an advantage. With the drive and patience of a hunter, you can lead and empower a large matrix team of sales support roles that are hired to execute your sales strategies and tactics. Your preferred geographic location is the Washington, D.C. metro area, but we are open to other markets.
