Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Security Engineer focused on AI enablement. The role sits with Falcon's engineers to shape secure AI product design and write production code.

You will own the security architecture for agents, MCP servers, and tool integrations, ensuring least-privilege, robust identity handling, and auditable actions across the product surface. The candidate will collaborate with the Head of AI Security and cross-functional teams to balance risk with delivery

Qualifications

• 6+ years of security engineering experience embedded in a software product or engineering team.
• Strong software engineering skills to read, write, and review production code.
• Hands-on with agentic AI architectures (MCP, tool integrations,Claude Agent SDK).
• Deep knowledge of identity and access concepts (OAuth/OIDC, least-privilege credentials).
• Ability to operate as a technical peer and influence through credibility.
• Excellent cross-functional communication representing security to product teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed within the Falcon team as security's technical representative and participate in planning and design reviews.
• Own security architecture for agents, MCP servers, and tool integrations; define boundaries and blast radius.
• Write and maintain security requirements and secure-by-default patterns for Falcon releases.
• Represent Falcon's security posture in cross-functional discussions and governance decisions.
• Write and review production code for security-critical components like auth and permissioning.
