Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Security Engineer, AI Enablement to embed security inside Falcon as a full-time product partner. You will architect agent security, MCP server integrations, and identity controls, influencing product decisions from design through release.

You will collaborate with the Head of AI Security to align security standards with enterprise governance while maintaining product velocity. The role is remote with US locations including Austin, Chicago, Houston, and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of security engineering experience embedded in a software product or engineering team.
• Strong ability to read, write, and review production code alongside engineers.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures, MCP, tool integrations.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth/OIDC, service-to-service authentication, least-privilege design.
• Ability to influence security decisions through credibility with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Embed security partnership inside the Falcon team, plan and design security features.
• Translate security requirements into actionable product decisions.
• Own security architecture for agents, MCP servers and tool integrations.
• Review and harden identity model, including authentication and delegation.
• Define guardrails and secure-by-default patterns for Falcon releases.
• Write secure patterns for prompt handling, data flow, and tool-calling.
