Job summary

Leidos is seeking an AI Security Integration Engineer to own the security posture of environments where advanced AI-cyber capabilities are built, tested, and delivered.

You will be embedded with software engineers, reverse engineers, and vulnerability researchers to harden infrastructure, supply chains, and pipelines, guiding secure development and continuous ATO-driven vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years Hands-on experience securing and hardening Linux systems at the OS and network layer
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and containerization (Ansible/Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience administering or securing a CI/CD system (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
• Familiarity with NIST RMF, continuous ATO, and control automation

Responsibilities

• Own the security posture of environments where AI-cyber capabilities are built, tested, and delivered
• Embed with software engineers, reverse engineers, and vulnerability researchers to harden infrastructure, supply chains and pipelines
• Guide secure development and evolution of vulnerability tooling; maintain tool security posture using continuous ATO workflows
• Review build integrity and supply chain processes; threat model tooling and environments
• Bridge traditional security infrastructure with programmatic defense; assess API integrations and AI/LLM orchestration for threat detection
• Support ATO and continuous vulnerability management in development pipelines
