Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Security Engineer for AI Enablement. This role embeds security within Falcon, owning architecture for agents, MCP servers, and tool integrations while collaborating with an enterprise security team to ensure secure-by-design AI products.

You will write production code, define identity boundaries, and drive secure patterns across the product surface with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and security enablement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of security engineering experience embedded in a product/engineering team.
• Strong software engineering skills to read, write, and review production code.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures (MCP, tool integrations, Claude Agent SDK).
• Deep knowledge of identity concepts including OAuth/OIDC and least-privilege design.
• Ability to operate as a technical peer to software engineers and influence design.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to represent architecture to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed security as a design input within Falcon, participating in planning and sprint work.
• Define security architecture for agents, MCP servers, and tool integrations.
• Review and harden identity models, service-to-service auth, and credentials.
• Write and review code for security-critical components in production systems.
• Maintain secure patterns for prompt handling, tool-calling, and data flow.
• Bridge security with Head of AI Security and broader security orgs.
