Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, AI Enablement to lead Falcon's security architecture and integration decisions. This role sits with Falcon's engineers, writing secure-by-default patterns and coordinating with the enterprise cyber team to maintain strong identity, authentication, and access controls.

The candidate will own threat modeling and security requirements for AI-enabled features, balancing risk with product velocity while collaborating across security and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of security engineering experience embedded in a product team
• Strong software engineering skills with production code ability
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures (MCP, Agent SDK)
• Deep knowledge of OAuth/OIDC and least-privilege design
• Ability to operate as a technical peer to software engineers
• Excellent cross-functional communication

Responsibilities

• Embed security within Falcon as the full-time technical representative.
• Translate security requirements into actionable product decisions.
• Make security a design input, not a release gate.
• Own the security architecture for Falcon's agents, MCP servers, and tool integrations.
• Review and harden the identity model for agent components.
• Define secure patterns for prompts, tool-calling, and data flow.
• Collaborate with Head of AI Security to align Falcon with enterprise security standards.
• Write security requirements and secure-by-default patterns for Falcon features.
