Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, AI Enablement to be embedded on the Falcon team, owning security architecture for agents, MCP integrations, and identity end-to-end. You will write production code and define guardrails that balance security with product velocity, reporting to the Head of AI Security.

You will collaborate with Falcon's engineers and other security teams to ensure least-privilege, secure data flows, and robust audit logging, while advancing AI security by design across

Responsibilities

• Embed as security's full-time technical representative within Falcon team, participating in planning and design.
• Translate security requirements into actionable product decisions the team can act on immediately.
• Define security architecture for Falcon's use of agents, MCP servers, and tool integrations.
• Review and harden the identity model underpinning Falcon's agentic components, including service-to-service authentication and least-privilege credentials.
• Write and review code directly for auth, permissioning, and agent orchestration.
