Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Security Engineer, AI Enablement to be the embedded security expert on Falcon, owning the security architecture for agents, MCP integrations, and identity end-to-end. You will write production code, define guardrails, and partner with Falcon engineers to ship securely by design.

The role reports to the Head of AI Security and requires hands-on work with Claude Agent SDK, MCP, and modern identity protocols, while aligning with enterprise security standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of security engineering experience embedded in a product team.
• Strong software engineering skills to read and write production code.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI architectures (MCP servers, tool integrations, Claude Agent SDK).
• Deep knowledge of identity and access concepts (OAuth/OIDC, least-privilege credentials).
• Ability to operate as a technical peer to software engineers.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to represent architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience securing multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, or MCP integrations.
• Certifications such as CISSP/OSCP/GIAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sit inside Falcon team as security's full-time technical representative in planning, design reviews, and sprint work.
• Serve as primary POC between Falcon and Cybersecurity translating security requirements into product decisions.
• Build trust with Falcon's engineers so security is a design input, not a gate.
• Own security architecture for Falcon's use of agents, MCP servers, and tool integrations.
• Review and harden the identity model for agentic components (service-to-service, etc.).
• Define credentials, session delegation, and least-privilege patterns for MCP and tool connections.
• Design secure prompts handling, tool-calling, and data flow based on Claude Agent SDK & MCP.
• Collaborate with Head of AI Security to align architecture with standards.
• Own the security component of Falcon's product enablement from threat modeling to guardrails.
• Write and maintain security requirements and secure-by-default patterns.
• Define 'secure enough to ship' for each release.
• Represent Falcon's security posture to enterprise security org.
• Provide deep technical input into third-party risk assessments and governance.
• Collaborate with identity, cloud security, and app security teams.
• Write/review code for auth, permissioning, and agent orchestration.
• Stay current on agentic security research and incidents.
