Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead AI self-service and partner knowledge transformation across worldwide partner services. You will architect AI-enabled knowledge platforms and automated workflows, driving global operational efficiency and partner enablement.

Reporting to the Worldwide Partner Program, Services leader, you will integrate AI tools, ensure cross-functional alignment, and deliver executive-ready analytics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience in Channel Operations, Partner Services, Partner Enablement, or Channel Program Management.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional program management or business process engineering initiatives.
• Applied AI & Knowledge Management using Generative AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, LLMs) to extract insights and structure knowledge.
• Technical Tool Stack Proficiency including Asana workflows and API integrations.
• BI/CRM analytics with Tableau dashboards and Salesforce reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication translating complex requirements into executive summaries.
• BA/BS in Business Analytics, CS, IS, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Audit, curate, and organize Channel Partner Services documentation and workflows into a structured knowledge base; architect AI-enabled self-service capabilities.
• Leverage AI tools to build automated partner-facing solutions, including virtual PSM FAQs, automated PIP/remediation generation, CSAT sentiment analysis, and on-demand QBR slide generators.
• Map end-to-end partner journeys and translate business requirements into automated Asana workflows; use APIs to automate certificates and status transitions.
• Architect Tableau visualizations powered by Salesforce reporting for real-time dashboards.
• Standardize and mature global PMO governance; perform gap and root-cause analyses of friction points.
• Collaborate with Channel Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, and Executives to align initiatives with strategic goals.
