Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager – AI Self-Service & Partner Knowledge Transformation to lead the evolution of the Worldwide Partner Services operating model. Reporting to the Director, Worldwide Partner Program, Services, you will align channel knowledge architecture with AI transformation and operations.

You'll audit and structure complex partner documentation, build AI-enabled self-service, automate workflows in Asana, and deliver executive visuals

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel operations or partner services with global scope.
• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools to extract insights and structure knowledge.
• Proficiency in Asana, Tableau, SFDC, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Audit and organize partner services docs into a structured knowledge base.
• Build AI-enabled self-service capabilities for partners.
• Automate partner workflows end-to-end using Asana and APIs.
• Create executive-ready Tableau visuals from SFDC data.
• Lead PMO governance and cross-functional alignment.
