Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Program Manager for AI Self-Service & Partner Knowledge Transformation to evolve the Worldwide Partner Services operating model. You will architect the channel knowledge ecosystem, transform complex policies into AI-driven self-service, and scale global partner operations.

You will lead AI-enabled initiatives, automate workflows with Asana, and deliver executive Tableau dashboards powered by SFDC reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Channel Operations, Partner Services, Partner Enablement, or Channel Program Management.
• 8+ years in cross-functional program management or process design.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools to extract insights and structure knowledge.
• Strong executive communication and the ability to translate complex requirements.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and data visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Audit, curate, and organize Channel Partner Services knowledge into a structured knowledge base.
• Architect AI-enabled self-service capabilities for partners to access program information and support.
• Leverage AI and automation to build partner-facing solutions and automated processes.
• Map end-to-end partner journeys and translate requirements into automated workflows (Asana).
• Create executive dashboards and real-time compliance metrics using Tableau and SFDC data.
• Lead PMO governance and drive process improvements across the partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Channel Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, and Leadership.
