Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Program Manager for AI Self-Service & Partner Knowledge Transformation. You will lead the Worldwide Partner Services operating model, auditing and structuring complex rules and policies into AI-driven self-service platforms.

You will architect automated workflows with Asana, APIs, and Tableau visuals, empowering partners with on-demand support and scalable processes across geographies. Strong PMO governance and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Channel Operations, Partner Services, Partner Enablement, or Channel Program Management
• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional program management or business process engineering initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools to extract insights and structure knowledge
• Proficient with Asana automation, Tableau dashboards, SFDC reporting, and general productivity suites

Responsibilities

• Audit, curate, and organize Channel Partner Services documentation into a structured knowledge base
• Build AI-enabled self-service capabilities and automated partner-facing solutions
• Map partner journeys to automated workflows and API-driven processes
• Create executive-ready Tableau visuals powered by SFDC data for real-time dashboards
• Lead PMO governance and identify root causes of friction across the ecosystem
• Collaborate with Channel Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, and Leadership
