• 5+ years in Channel Operations or Partner Services.
• Experience with partner enablement and program management.
• Familiarity with global support infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Audit and organize partner services documentation into a knowledge base.
• Architect AI-enabled self-service capabilities for partner navigation.
• Build automated PSM FAQs and remediation generation.
• Create CSAT sentiment analysis and on-demand QBR slides.
• Map partner journeys and automate certificates and authorizations.
