Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, AI and HPC Infrastructure, to partner with energy-sector customers on AI infrastructure strategy and deployment. The role blends technical advisory work with customer education in a remote setting, with occasional travel to customer sites.

You will lead architecture reviews, deployment decisions, and reference designs across compute, networking, storage, and systems management for demanding AI workloads in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI infrastructure and accelerated computing.
• Deep knowledge of AI cluster orchestration and data center networking technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with energy-sector customers on architecture reviews and production deployment guidance.
• Advise on the design and optimization of AI infrastructure for energy customers.
• Support infrastructure design across compute, networking, and storage for AI workloads.
• Drive adoption of systems monitoring and management tools.
• Document learnings and create educational materials for customers.
• Build reference architectures and technical playbooks for AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate virtually to ensure customer success, with occasional travel.
