Qualifications

• Education as stated: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business field.
• 8+ years in Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting or 10+ years in enterprise services with sales focus.
• Hands-on programming or fluency in modern languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++).
• Ability to analyze requirements, present to executives, and engage C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex sales campaigns.
• Lead customer roadmap sessions, transformation workshops, and executive visioning.
• Architect high-quality POCs/POVs with executive sponsorship and clear success criteria.
• Understand ERP/CRM data/workflow and integrate Appian into complex environments.
• Direct the technical response to RFIs/RFPs and security reviews.
• Influence Product Roadmap with real-world customer requirements.
• Mentor peers, enable field teams, and share reusable assets.
